You can then access your personal information in the “My Account” section at the top right of the home page and, with a few clicks, view the list of your referrals, and see the vouchers assigned to your account. Your account is a secured section which contains all of your personal information such as your email address, your contact details, your orders, your vouchers...

Forgotten your password?
If you have forgotten your password, click on the link "Forgotten your password?" when you are accessing your account. An email will be sent to the address you used to set up the account to remind you of your login details.

Unless you agree otherwise when registering, all your personal information communicated on our website shall remain strictly confidential and shall be used solely within Mobiky, and shall under no circumstances be disclosed to a third party. We use the information received to help us with your purchases, from receipt of an order to delivery, and to help improve our services to increase customer satisfaction. The order process:
Go to www.mobiky.com and select your product from the different categories offered. You can obtain more information about each product by simply clicking on the picture. You can then add it directly to your basket by clicking on “add to basket”. If you have not yet logged on to your account at this point, you will need to do so. Then just follow the different stages up to payment.
You can order several items at the same time and you can also change the quantity of an item in the “My basket” section. Once you have completed your purchases on www.mobiky.com, you will receive an email confirmation of your order summarising your purchases, means of payment, delivery address, etc.


Country of delivery
Mobiky delivers to mainland France (excluding Corsica).
If you live in a country where delivery is not possible, either through a retailer or directly to your home address, you must list a delivery address in one of the countries to which Mobiky delivers (at friends or family for example) and take responsibility yourself for the onward delivery to your home address. It is also possible to organise delivery by contacting a company directly to take over the whole of the delivery process.

Delivery in France:
Mobiky offers 3 delivery options:

  • Home delivery via the “Mobiky Gentlemen” network.
    In several regions of France you can chose delivery directly to your home address by a “Mobiky Gentleman”. Upon receipt of your order you will be contacted to arrange a delivery date.
    This delivery option offers the advantage of the chance to seek advice on the use the Mobiky and to see a demonstration, particularly in respect of its ultra-quick folding technique.
  • Home delivery by post (less than 3 days for mainland France).
  • Delivery to your nearest retail outlet: your order is delivered within 5 working days to the partner outlet. For the list of stores, click here.


Delivery by a "Mobiky Gentleman":
We advise you to fill out the delivery address carefully when placing your order, to specify the times which are convenient for delivery and to include your landline or mobile telephone number. Neither Mobiky nor the “Mobiky Gentleman” may be held responsible for failure to deliver due to an inaccuracy in the address provided. Within 48 hours of your request, a “Mobiky Gentleman” shall arrange a time with you to deliver the goods.

In the event of you being absent:
If you are not at home when the delivery is made by a “Mobiky Gentleman” a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox, on which you will find the telephone number to ring in order to arrange another delivery according to your availability. You will however be responsible for supplementary delivery costs of 50 euros.
If you are absent a second time, a delivery notice will again be placed in your letter box, notifying you of the address to which your parcel has been taken. You will then need to collect it yourself at your own expense. In this case, any resulting postage fees in the event of the ordered goods being returned shall be entirely payable by you and the products must be returned to us in their original packaging.

If you have opted for postal delivery, the parcel can be collected at the Post Office indicated on the delivery notice.

Delivery costs:
Delivery costs vary according to the delivery option selected, the product, the quantity and the country of delivery. These costs are calculated automatically at the time of the order and are subject to your approval before confirmation and payment of your order is made.


Means of payment:
We accept payments by Visa and Mastercard as well as by cheque (only in France).
If you opt to pay by bank card, you will need to enter your card details. These will be automatically encrypted and communicated securely to your bank for verification and authorisation.
For security reasons, we do not keep your bank details which is why you will be asked for them for each new order you make.
If you wish to pay by cheque, and email indicating the procedure to follow will be sent to you.

Secure payment:
Mobiky uses a secure banking system for processing payments. You enter your bank details, which will be automatically encrypted and communicated in a completely secured way to authorisation servers where your details will be checked with your bank.
Our secured payment platform offers complete protection during the communicating of your data. Once the payment has been validated, your details will be destroyed automatically. That is why each time you order with us you have to re-enter your bank details.

Payment processing:
Your payment by card is registered as soon as you enter your card number on www.mobiky.com’s secured site and your account will be debited approximately 3 to 4 days after acceptance by your bank.
If you pay with a deferred payment credit card, the amount of your order will be debited at the end of the current month according to the agreement you have with your bank.
If you wish to pay by cheque, an email indicating the procedure to follow will be sent to you. You will then have 5 days in which to send us your payment. Once this time period has elapsed, your order will be cancelled automatically.
The registering of your payment constitutes confirmation of your order.


Page opening:
If a page remains blank, we advise you to exit the www.mobiky.com site and to close down your Internet browser. You can then restart your browser and access the site once more with your emails and password.

If you have problems during log-in: your username or your password is incorrect. Check the spelling of your username. If the problem persists, click on “forgotten your password?” to receive an email reminding you of your login details. This email will be sent to the address which you used to sign up. Once you have logged in, you can change your password by ticking “change password” in the “Personal Information” section of your account.

There may be times when, due to network problems, an error message appears when you log in. We are working extremely hard to reduce these technical incidents. Most of the time however they are out of our control. If this happens, please close your browser and try logging in again. If the problem persists, check your Internet connection.

In order to access www.mobiky.com and to place an order, you must accept the cookies. These are in fact necessary for us to be able to identify you. In order to make the best use of the site, we advise you therefore to set up your browser to accept the cookies for that connection. If you encounter problems it may be that:

  • The version of your browser is too old and is not able to accept cookies.
  • Your browser is set to refuse cookies and you therefore need to change the settings.
  • You are using a firewall or a proxy server which blocks cookies - you must activate them or change the proxy.
